Guiding Your Fertility and Health Journey with Certified Nutrition Support
Nutrition by Bec offers expert, compassionate, and evidence-based nutrition support for women and couples navigating fertility and broader women’s health concerns
As a certified fertility dietitian and accredited practising dietitian, Bec supports clients through the nutritional management of a wide range of health conditions including fertility, PCOS and endometriosis. With flexible in-person and online consultations, Nutrition by Bec makes expert support accessible and tailored to your unique needs.
I am committed to helping individuals and couples optimise egg and sperm health through evidence-based dietary and lifestyle strategies— supporting you on your unique journey, whether you're preparing for conception, managing inflammatory conditions (e.g. PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid conditions and diabetes), or navigating assisted reproduction and IVF.
Nutrition in the first 1000 days of a child's life (from conception to 2 years) can positively shape a child's lifelong health. Research also shows the health and lifestyle of the parents at least 3 months before (ideally 6 months!) before they conceive a baby is powerful as it can impact their epigenetics (that means whether or not genes are turned on or off e.g risk of chronic disease).
Everyone deserves access to expert fertility nutrition support —no matter where they live. Through a hybrid model of in person and telehealth appointments, we remove geographic and logistical barriers, delivering high quality, personalised care. For those already navigating frequent fertility or health care appointments, our virtual consultations offer a convenient way to improve nutrition from the comfort of home.
I’m committed to helping women feel their best at every life stage through tailored, evidenced-based nutrition. Whether you’re navigating hormonal conditions like PCOS or endometriosis, looking to boost your energy and mood, lose weight, or improve your gut health, I am here to support you.
Fertility dietitians are uniquely qualified to provide personalised nutrition advice tailored to support reproductive health. While many health professionals can offer general wellness tips, only dietitians are trained to deliver evidence-based, individualised dietary strategies that address the complex nutritional needs of fertility. Whether you’re planning for pregnancy, undergoing assisted reproductive treatments, or managing underlying health conditions, a fertility dietitian can optimise your nutrition for the best chance of success.
She focused on fuelling my body realistically, rather than imposing rigid dietary rules.
Bec understands that it takes a complex interplay of many factors for a pregnancy to occur,
and she provided the evidence-based insights we needed to navigate this journey with a
clear understanding of the biological realities. This flexible, evidence-backed approach will
empower you to nourish yourself without unnecessary stress or self-criticism.
The biggest shift has been in my mindset.
I now feel confident in my body and so much more well-informed about what it needs to be
fueled. This newfound knowledge and self-awareness have replaced previous anxieties with
a sense of realism.
I would highly recommend seeing a dietitian, especially one with expertise in fertility
and pregnancy like Bec.
My own experience has shown me just how invaluable their guidance is, particularly when it
comes to something as intricate and personal as conception and carrying a pregnancy. The
benefit of seeing a dietitian for fertility is really important for both the male and female
partners. It's not just a "women's issue" or a "men's issue" when it comes to optimising the
chances of conception. It’s a team effort, and nutrition plays a significant role for both.
I have seen many dietitians before, and none have made me feel as comfortable.
Bec listened to me, took into account my lifestyle and everyday routine. She made me feel
more confident by giving me the knowledge to make small changes that fitted in rather than
large changes that seemed impossible. Her encouragement was unbelievable.
I feel confident with the knowledge Bec has given me to slowly achieve a healthier
lifestyle.
Rather than feeling like a failure, I feel “I can do this” is a statement that makes up part of my
vocabulary now.
My experience during our consults has been incredibly positive and supportive.
From the start, I felt like Bec really listened to my concerns without judgement, which helped
me open up about my habits and goals.
Bec was always encouraging and offered support in-between consults
You worked with me to create a personalised nutrition plan that felt realistic and sustainable
to my lifestyle. You were always encouraging and offered support in-between consults by
reaching out through emails, which kept me motivated and accountable.
I have also changed my mind set to focus on adding value to my overall health rather
than physical.
Before meeting you, my nutrition was irregular which led me to develop bad and inconsistent
food habits. With your help and guidance over the last few months, I have not only been able
to achieve the goals we set out in manageable steps but I have also changed my mind set to
focus on adding value to my overall health rather than physical.
Rebecca created a supportive, collaborative environment.
I felt a bit anxious before my appointment, but Rebecca immediately put me at ease. She
clearly explained what she was going to ask and made sure I understood everything by
reflecting my responses back to me. What really stood out was how different the approach
was compared to past experiences. I had expected the usual food pyramid talk and a list of
rules to follow, but instead, Rebecca created a supportive, collaborative environment. It was
refreshing not to be told “do this and that” and then send me on my way. She really took the
time to work with me.
It gave me more confidence and clarity around how to make sustainable changes.
What I found most helpful was how Rebecca worked with my existing eating habits rather
than completely overhauling them. She suggested realistic swaps and helped me set
achievable goals within a manageable timeframe. That approach made everything feel more
doable and less overwhelming.
I no longer see this journey as just about losing weight. It’s more about improving my
overall health through the food choices I make and exercise
Since we started, my mindset has really shifted.. I’ve learned to set realistic goals and put
practical strategies in place for when things get tough. I feel more prepared, more balanced,
and much more confident in making decisions that support my well-being.

healthcare provider.
A gap fee applies to each consultation.
You’ll need to process your own Medicare rebate via myGov after
payment.
Make sure to provide your referral documentation prior to your first appointment so we can apply it correctly. If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible, your GP can guide you through the process.
Yes Australian clients can claim consults on their private health cover, if eligible. We recommend contacting your insurer directly to check if this applies to you.
Following the consult you will be provided with an invoice which you can use to claim back a rebate if you have eligible cover.
Please fill in the intake form sent to you within your booking confirmation via email.
If you have recent blood tests, send a copy to hello@nutritionbybec.com.au.

You do not need a referral to make a booking.
However, if you have a chronic health condition you may be eligible for a subsidised Chronic Disease Management Plan or Team Care Arrangement plan – the first step is to chat with your GP.
Currently I only offer consultation online. However, I plan to have face to face consultations in the near future. Please email hello@nutritionbybec.com.au if you would like to be updated on when face to face consults become available.
